For independent dental practices in Ireland

A free website audit for your practice.

Six checks on the site patients see before they ring you — security, speed on a phone, how many taps it takes to book, and whether the treatment pages people actually search for even exist. Written in plain English, by a person, with no sales pitch attached.

  • 244 Irish dental websites screened

What we actually check

No automated score out of 100. Six specific things, each with what it costs you and what to do about it.

  • Whether Chrome trusts you

Sites still served over plain HTTP get a "Not Secure" warning in the address bar. Patients read that as "not a real practice".

  • Speed on a real phone

Most of your traffic is someone on 4G with a sore tooth. We time the page the way they experience it, not on office broadband.

  • The path to a booking

We count the taps from a Google search to a booked appointment — and check what happens when someone lands at nine in the evening.

  • The pages patients search for

Implants, Invisalign, veneers, emergency appointments. If you have no page for a treatment, you cannot be found for it.

  • Google Business Profile vs. your site

Mismatched hours, an old phone number, a dentist listed on one and not the other. Small gaps that quietly cost you calls.

  • The first five seconds

What a nervous first-time patient concludes about your practice before they read a single word of the copy.

Why we started doing this

We screened 244 independent dental practice websites across Ireland to understand the market before building anything. The pattern was hard to miss: sites last touched years ago, no way to book outside opening hours, and no page at all for the treatments that bring in the most valuable patients.

Almost none of those practices had been told. So we started telling them — one audit at a time, whether or not they ever become a customer.

Independent practices only. We do not audit sites belonging to the large dental groups.

How it works

  1. You send three details

Practice name, your website, a phone number. That is the whole form.

  2. We go through your site by hand

Not a generated PDF with a red dial on the front. A person opens your site on a phone and on a laptop and writes down what they find.

  3. You get it in writing within two working days

A short report you can act on with whoever built your site. If you would rather talk it through, we will give you ten minutes on the phone. Either way there is nothing to sign.

Ready when you are

It takes about thirty seconds to ask, and it costs you nothing to find out.
