For independent dental practices in Ireland

Websites that turn dental searches into booked appointments.

Not a brochure. The treatment-cost pages patients actually search for, a booking path that still works after you close, and a Google profile that says the same thing as your site. Built for independent practices — not for the groups.

Six checks on your current site, in plain English. No charge, nothing to sign.

We screened 244 Irish dental websites before building anything

Independent practices, right across the country. The pattern was hard to miss: sites last touched years ago, several still served over plain http so Chrome warns patients they are "Not Secure", no way to request an appointment outside opening hours, and no page at all for the treatments that bring in the most valuable patients.

Almost none of them will have been told. That study is why dental practices are the only market we build for now.

Independent practices only. We do not work with the large dental groups.

What we build

Five parts. Each one exists because it changes whether a search becomes a patient.

  • A site with one job

Fast on a phone, secure, and built around the single question a nervous first-time patient is asking. Nothing on the page that does not earn its place.

  • Treatment costs, published

People search "dental implants cost" before they search your name. A clear cost page answers that question on your site instead of somebody else's.

  • A booking path that works at nine at night

Most people decide outside your opening hours. If the only option is ringing tomorrow, most of them do not.

  • Google profile that matches

Hours, phone number and dentists lined up between your site and your Google Business Profile. Small gaps quietly cost calls.

  • Kept up, monthly

A site nobody touches drifts out of date within a year. Ongoing content and maintenance so it still reflects the practice next spring.

How it works

  1. A free audit first

Six checks on the site you have now, written by a person, sent in writing. No charge and no obligation — plenty of practices read it, fix a thing or two themselves, and we never speak again.

  2. You see it built before you commit

If the audit turns into a conversation, we build the thing and show it to you. You are looking at your own site, with your own treatments and your own town on it, before any decision.

  3. Live, then kept up

We put it live and keep it current month to month. Costs are agreed on a call, once we both know what the practice actually needs.

Who you would be dealing with

One person, not an account manager. SiteIn7 is small and deliberately so. The person who audits your site is the person who builds it and the person who answers when you ring.

Irish registered. SiteIn7 is a trading name of Picqman Ltd, registered in Ireland, Company No. 680195, with an office in Dublin.

We are new to dental and say so. Our live client work to date is in Irish healthcare more broadly — Nutrimeda, a Dublin health consultancy, is a SiteIn7 client. Dental is where we have done the research and where we are focused now. If you would rather wait until we can show you five dental practices, that is a fair call — but the audit is free either way.

Start with the audit

Three details, about thirty seconds, and you will know what your website is costing you.
