SiteIn7 is a trading name of Picqman Ltd, registered in Ireland (Company No. 680195), registered office: 79 Walsh Road, D09 A6X3, Dublin. We are the data controller for the personal data described below. You can contact us on WhatsApp at +353 85 111 1543 or in writing at our registered office.
Enquiry form. When you request a demo we collect your name, email address, business type, area and message. We use these solely to prepare your demo and reply to you. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Business contact details. We sometimes process publicly available business contact details (business name, trade, publicly listed phone number) from public sources such as Google Maps, to offer our website service to local businesses. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). If you'd rather not hear from us, say so once and we delete your details.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses in standard server logs for security and delivery. We run no cookies, no analytics trackers and no advertising pixels on this site.
Form submissions are delivered by Cloudflare (our hosting and email routing provider) to our mailbox hosted by Google. These providers act as processors with their own GDPR safeguards. We never sell your data and never share it for third-party marketing.
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up the conversation where we left off, then deleted. If you become a client, contract and invoicing records are kept as long as Irish tax law requires. Outreach contact details are deleted immediately on request.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. Message us on WhatsApp or write to our registered office — we respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date above. We'll never quietly weaken it.
