Who we are

SiteIn7 is a trading name of Picqman Ltd, registered in Ireland (Company No. 680195), registered office: 79 Walsh Road, D09 A6X3, Dublin. What we collect, and why

Audit requests. When you ask for a free website audit we collect the clinic name, website address and phone number you enter, together with the referring page and, if you arrived from an advertisement, the Google click identifier. We use these to prepare your audit and to reply to you. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Business contact details we gather ourselves. We process publicly available business contact details — practice name, website, publicly listed phone number and the general contact email address a business publishes on its own website (for example info@ or reception@) — taken from public sources such as Google Maps and the business's own website, in order to offer our service. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Every message we send identifies us and tells you how to stop. Say so once and we delete your details and never contact you again.

Analytics and advertising. Our audit pages (/audit and the page shown after you submit) use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure how our advertising performs. These set cookies in your browser and share data with Google. Legal basis: consent — they load only where consent applies, and you can decline. The rest of the site runs no cookies, no analytics and no advertising pixels.

Technical logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses in standard server logs for security and delivery.

Where your data goes

Audit requests are handled by Cloudflare (hosting and email routing) and delivered to our mailbox hosted by Google. Analytics and advertising data is processed by Google. These providers act as processors or, for Google's advertising products, as independent controllers, each with their own GDPR safeguards. We never sell your data and never share it for third-party marketing.

How long we keep it

Audit requests and enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick the conversation back up, then deleted. If you become a client, contract and invoicing records are kept as long as Irish tax law requires. Outreach contact details are deleted immediately on request.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest, including our outreach;
• withdraw consent to analytics and advertising cookies at any time;
• lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
